We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Understanding hiring needs/requirements.
- Source and identify software professionals through various online resources, networking, references, head hunting, and recruiting tools.
- Screen resumes thoroughly and shortlist candidates and conduct initial level interview.
- Explaining the Job Profile to Potential candidates
- Coordinating with candidates from the time of resume sourcing till getting them on board.
- Maintenance and upgrade of database.
- Preparing monthly reports.
- Excellent Communication in English.Must have 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
People currently working in IT companies as HR recruiters are preferred.
